well Thang is a nice guy, coming form Vietnam, but he has a small disadvantage, i could say.

He is eating too much rice :):):)

he is still stack with me here in the company, so we speak a lot , you know we have a boys talks :)

PS: I even i made a orthographic mistake with rice and he of course, correct me!!!
